Service level management for delivering the defined service level goals for the services in scope of delivery. E.g , Time to notify, Time to service restoration , Time to Service resolution etc.Identifying KPIs , Critical success factors (CSFs) and measuring and improving performance against themManage customer and Business Unit expectations and escalationsIdentify gaps or problem areas in Process and Technology and drive efficiency improvements by service improvement and automationDriving Process improvements (SOP, team Specific Documentation, KEDB) & Operations excellence Value delivery (Scope, Coverage enhancement etc.)Provide leadership in critical incident restoration and overall incident managementDeveloping and driving process improvementsReporting on process metrics and improvements to leadership chainPlanning , testing and responding to Business continuityManaging process compliance to ISO 20000 and ISO 27001
