Operations ManagementManage a team span of over 200+ people providing services such as clinical data management and programming servicesResponsible and accountable for all service functions across all therapeutic areasEnsure optimum deployment of people and resources to deliver maximum business resultsEnsure efficiency and quality of operationsDesign metrics to evaluate the benefits of process improvementsAnalyze MIS and take corrective action where requiredManage load sharing across teams and cross training for better productivityManage the therapeutic area leads and team leads in terms of the group achieving their individual and group performance targets; manage any issues arising out of those on a daily basisUtilize appropriate methods to gather process effectiveness and improvement feedback and identify gaps in process functionalityWork with process owners to proactively resolve differences.
